COVID-19 School Closure Update

Dear Parents of St. Peter’s Catholic School:

State health officials have reported that our state will hit the peak of COVID-19 at the beginning of May. Based on this news and because we are committed to safeguarding the health of our Catholic school community, we have decided to suspend in-person classes until the end of May with the option to open the first week of June. The option to open the first of June will be based upon the health conditions in our local area.

Thank you for all you have done and will do to assist your child(red) to further their education during these challenging times. You and your family will remain in my prayers.

We remain faithful to the mission of St. Peter’s Catholic School, especially in these uncertain times. We strive to instruct and support all students. We will continue to provide high-quality learning opportunities and instruction for everyone in our St. Peter’s family.

Prayer during the Coronavirus Pandemic

O clement, O loving, O sweet Mother Mary,
We, your children of every nation,
Turn to you in this pandemic.
Our troubles are numerous; our fears are great.
Grant that we might deposit them at your feet,
Take refuge in your Immaculate Heart,
 And obtain peace, healing, rescue,
And timely help in all our needs.
 You are our Mother.
Pray for us to your Son.
 Amen.

God Bless,

Mrs. Aubrey Wall
