It is the first week of March and St. Peter’s has a lot of fun events taking place this month! This includes a Rita’s Ice Cream field trip, the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and class picture day!
This week in ELA, we are learning about sequencing stories, recognizing new sets of digraphs and blends, and identifying the components of a story. In Math, we will be practicing counting by tens and identifying odd and even numbers. In Science, we will be having a review week of our unit on Living Things. And in Social Studies, we are learning about important American figures throughout our history.
Also, today is the final day to turn in your request for a St. Patrick’s Day shirt to wear to the parade. Money and the signed paper can be dropped off in the office.
Have a wonderful and blessed week,
